MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Bruno, a middle-aged working as a medical representative in a company is going through a period of crisis. Given the forecast of downsizing, each vendor is under observation by one of the department heads who will decide who will continue in his job and who does not. With a family and a home to look after, Bruno will not hesitate to act dishonestly and betray the trust of those around you, resorting to deception and corruption. An encounter with an old friend, who is discovered in appalling conditions after being guinea pig for some pharmaceutical experiments, given a chance to redeem himself.
