MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

A flood of extraordinary violence devastates Northern Italy. In a small town in the Turin area, the flooding of the Po river has uncovered a ditch in a large garbage dump. In the ditch there were hidden bins of toxic waste. Augusto Viganò, the little more than forty year old leader of a local environmental group, blocks the special train of the Minister Antonelli who is going to the area to check the damage of the flood... For the idealist Augusto Viganò, willing to do anything to save the environment, it is the beginning of a real political career that will materialize in a slow but inexorable vertical fall in the Roman political environment made of everything less than clarity.
