MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Alan is a drug addict who does not want to quit heroin. He hung out with his mom and sister, especially to get some money to buy "stuff". 's Dating Laura, a young middle class fell in the drug world for him. His best friend, Valentino, is about to die from AIDS. When he meets an old flame, Nancy, fresh out of detox, begins to reflect on his miserable existence, formed by the constant contradictions and old grudges never appeased.
