MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

The protagonist of the film is the Giaguaro, a picturesque Roman bum who spends his days in an inconclusive way in the bars of the popular and multiethnic area of the capital, Piazza Vittorio. For him, time seems to have stopped in the seventies and it is precisely from this period that the film draws heavily with continuous quotations from film genres in vogue at the time such as the poliziottesco and the sexy comedy. The citation of the plot uses actors such as Lando Buzzanca and Isabella Biagini who replicate in trash version stereotypical characters already seen on other occasions[1] and a large number of characters whose stories unfold around the Giaguaro, who with disenchantment but light-heartedly solves the problems of others.
