MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

The economy is stagnating, the real well-being is more and more a privilege of a few. The uncertainty of the people is overlapped by the media machine of the various political alignments, looking for a winning strategy, a ruthless struggle based essentially on the clash of ideologies rather than on the real will to solve the problems of the people. To the usual known names, professional politicians, is suddenly added a new figure, outside the box, a comedian, Riccardo Simeoni. The people, tired of the usual theatrics, indifferent to promises never kept, beguiled for years by utopias sold as certainties, decide to support that 'normal' person, as an exceptional instrument of protest to the system. It remains for Ricky the choice to remain himself, to the end ...
