MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

The theater piece opens with a long flashback about some events that occur in a home in the city of Davenport in Iowa run by nuns. There are brutally murdered the mother superior and two women and two novices disappear and never heard from them back. Today, Lei is a lady of Italian origin who has spent 15 years recovering in a mental hospital following the suicide of her husband. Lee comes to Davenport where he prepares to open an Italian restaurant in the old mansion of Snakes Hall, the old asylum, which is now abandoned. When you enter it, strange things start to happen ?
