MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

A construction company intends to launch a current model fallout shelter. Wanted fifteen volunteers from different countries even agree to participate in exchange for a large sum of money, in the experiment have room in Frankfurt am Main. The test is to spend twenty days in an underground bunker, well equipped and stocked, absolutely isolated from the world. Meanwhile, a scientist, Professor Monroe, examine the physical and psychological reactions of the equipment.
