MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

A Willy Vanderbrook, a Franco -Belgian citizen of the world become, we propose a set of janitor in a large Parisian hotel. He receives his childhood friend, Serge Luyperts, bar manager no future at home hiding his brother Frank Vrut a Wallon independence, friendly psychopath.
