MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1955 film?

Shortly later after the Second World War Kiiji Nakajima, an elderly frightened by the consequences of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, is obsessed with the idea of constrescapar fallout shelter. However, when arose some time after emigrating with his family to Brazil to avoid the nuclear threat, its decision is hampered by the lack of understanding of all around him.
