MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

While camping in France, Eric and Eddy, two Dutch friends meet two women. Silke Eric speaks with a Ugandan who is studying medicine in the Netherlands. She tells about her life and asks about the book he is writing is the chronicle of her affair with Reza. He tells the story and we see in flashbacks: Reza explodes into his boring life, she is unpredictable, their relationship becomes intense. She moves in with him, pushes him to writing rather than studying law, then jealousy and extravagant outbursts of self-destruction. How does the story of Eric ?
