MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Johnnie Cooper just got out of prison on parole after serving time for a robbery he committed with his father and brother. Determined to stay away from his family, gets a job at an isolated gas station. However, when he receives an invitation from his brother Jamie and his girlfriend, Judy, decides to return to attend a family barbecue.
