MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Stanley Merse has murder on his mind constantly. A true crime novelist, is discovered increasingly plagued by nightmares and violent fantasies about his work, especially the subject of his latest novel, Harry Jenson. In an attempt to regain his sanity, Stanley travels within New Zealand with a host of other mysterious wanderers. But when you wake up in the morning is found trapped in a scene of one of their plot lines. With liquid blood on their hands, and their delusional nightmares, Stanley faces the real possibility that this account can be indeed reality, one that now has to try to keep secret.
