MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1977 film?

Wilbur Walsh is an introvert, friendly and carefree. Matt Kirby on the other hand is a character type carefree, outgoing and a little troublemaker. Both are apparently somewhat aggressive, unscrupulous, but basically good-hearted. Their first meeting is a dispute with a gang. Thinking that make a good set, plan a robbery to a convenience store. As always, make minimal preparations for the assault and when they burst into the room, they realize that it is actually the Police Recruitment Office and before they realize they are enrolled. His efforts to fail in the training course are vain. Working under Lieutenant McBride, the new cops show how effective his few conventional methods.
