MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1933 film?

Joe Miller is a reporter for The Standard and its job is to cover the news of the port. He suspects that one of the fishermen are involved in an ugly case of smuggling related to Chinese traffickers. However, as you have no proof, your boss does not believe his conjectures. But Miller is presented with the opportunity to advance their research, when he meets Julie, the daughter of the fisherman, and decides to woo her.
