MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Sameer, a boy carefree cheerful and also travels from Italy to India to thereby receive music lessons a renowned Indian singer, Pundit Darbar. Upon arrival, he meets Nandini, the daughter of singer and both fall in love. When Sameer Pundit accepts as his ward, he also makes it clear that his music is not for sale, so it will not charge to teach. However, there may come a day when Sameer need to give something back. Nandini and Sameer keep their relationship a secret. Nandini When parents receive a marriage proposal for her daughter from Vanraj, an honest lawyer and a good man who is in love with it and accept it with pleasure. This is when they discover the romance between his daughter and Sameer, and Darbar Sameer now decides to ask payment for their knowledge: he leaves and does not try to see ever more Nandini.
