MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1944 film?

Chronicled a musician who manages misunderstood as you can, but everything goes wrong. Help a brother who is studying medicine, however, when it is received forgets who helped pay the pension and buy the books. The pianist then leaves aside the bohemian and devoted himself entirely to his art, triumphing in a musical contest in New York, where he obtained a resounding success with his own rhapsody.
