MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

A lonely young man named Ian, comes to a small town in the desert. Ian works on repairs to the local church and avoids, as much as possible, human contact. Ian is very suspicious of the imminent arrival of the full moon, a fear shared by a man named Harker, owner of a traveling circus of monsters. Aware that Ian is a genuine werewolf, Harker blackmails him to work in his circus. Although Harker has a secret: he's a vampire. But Ian is allied with the other monsters to destroy the evil circus owner.
