MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

For Nick, Kurt and Dale, the only solution to make your daily routine more tolerable would be to wipe out their unbearable bosses. With the help of a few drinks and some dubious advice from an ex- hustler, the three devise a convoluted and foolproof plan to rid forever of his superiors. The only problem is that a plan is as foolproof as the brains that conceived.
