MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1933 film?

" The teenager Quex Hitler " is a film based on a true story: the death in January 1932 of Herbert Norkus, of only 12 years, at the hands of the Communists, during the political turmoil of Weimar Germany. A piece cinematográgica of undoubted historical value, as well shows the social situation and the struggle for power in that troubled decade. The plot of the film shows how a young communist family is bound by a tyrannical father Bolshevik belong to adolescence.
