MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

Four stories: 1) Someone is approaching: a teenager reaches an upper middle class home to offer their services to the eldest daughter falls in love and ends up marrying her. 2 ) Travelers: indigenous equipment arrives in the capital and is the victim of all evils: theft, corrupt officials, bureaucrats and other officials. 3 ) Lili: a prostitute trying to survive in a society in crisis. 4) Light blue: a teenage girl gets seduced and abandoned to the capital in search of the man who left her.
