MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

In 2122, twenty years after the planetary cataclysm, the invention of a machine to control the weather, work Shivata teacher and his disciple Hiroku, kills teacher. After being accused of the crime, Hiroku and his friend Joe is forced to flee the city airtight Kane City. With the help of Nagual, a foreign patron, founded Gaia Defenders, a multiracial youth group, from his headquarters under the Teide, will face the Corporation led by the tyrant Kane in order to save the planet.
