MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1950 film?

Hippolytus, a cabaret pianist, offers asylum to a helpless teenage girl named Easter. He is blind, but before she hides it not to wake her pity, using who knows perfectly the way home. As expected, he falls for the girl, but an error end his illusion, since Santa is his blindness and therefore aroused her compassion always hated Hippolytus.
