MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

The earth has been unified under the supervision of the elite of the Elders. The birth rate is controlled specimens born children are raised and educated by robots to adjust to the work for which they are intended. One is raised by the robot Godoh Olga, whose destiny is to become a fighter pilot. Godoy should acquire the most advanced fighting techniques in order to travel to the edge of space and so explore and defend the Earth from its enemies. Because of the small earthquakes caused by man to harness the Earth's thermal energy, there is the danger of occurrence of a cataclysm. Therefore, Schlock Rock, a young and mad minister Godoy sent into space with a mission to capture a giant fire bird called Cosmozon 2772. Live Godoh the bird must capture liquid whose blood has the power to grant eternal life to those who test. Schlock Rock expects liquid drink blood of the bird and thus survive the approaching cataclysm. This is a sequel of Hi no tori (1978), but it was produced and filmed before.
