MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1951 film?

To legalize the adoption of two orphans a war correspondent must marry within a maximum of one week. When he returns to Boston, where his girlfriend, his wedding plans fade, as she, tired of waiting for the request to be married, is committed to a millionaire. The journalist will have to resort to all sorts of resources to regain the love and trust of his girlfriend.
