MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

In a suburb of New York, near a highway forsaken of God, Victor works as a cook at a truck stop. Every day cooked breakfasts prepared under the authoritarian gaze of his mother, whom all obey without question. Its existence is modified shy person when Callie, an attractive young woman, comes to break the rigid and tense relations governing the bar.
