MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1934 film?

Melodrama style that connects with the black film that its director, Mervyn LeRoy, was adopted in other films like "I Am a Fugitive". His argument comes from a play written by Leon Abrams and George Abbott, which premiered on Broadway in 1933.
