MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Jack Moony is a cop who feels a special adminadversión towards people of color, because Stone, an attractive and wealthy black lawyer took his girlfriend. One day he suffers a heart attack and transplanted the heart of a man who just died in a traffic accident. Chance makes the donor is Stone.
