MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

During World War II, when Japanese forces invaded the beaches of Changi, the Japanese military took over the building as a base and made it their headquarters. There were many rumors that were committed cold-blooded murder and torture of prisoners of war. In the 1950s the old army barracks became a public health center, which is rumored to have spirits. In 1994, Changi Hospital moved its location, becoming an abandoned building visited only by those who dared to enter and wanted to live paranormal situations. It is said that some of the people you entered is back out and have been seen wandering spirits by.
