MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1968 film?

A teen couple together in a hotel room to make love for the first time. The boy, Shun, shy and awkward, hiding his face and goes to the bathroom to get a glass of water while the girl, Nanami, expect naked. She makes a living as a nude model. Embarrassed by her clumsiness in preliminary games, Shun and Nanami decides know each other before undertaking the act of love. After agreeing to meet at a later date, they decide to start dealing with their past.
