MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1982 film?

We are in the early twentieth century, all the great legendary West gunmen are dead except the thief Harry Tracy. Harry Tracy is arrested again while trying to escape. A beautiful girl pleads for him when law enforcement officers mistreated him and he falls for her. He promises to see her again and escapes again. During his escape he meets a painter with whom it will partner for cointroducir more robberies, while try to leave their past behind.
