MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Vinz steckt mitten im Abitur und damit in den Anfängen einer neuen Lebensphase, die ihn vor große Herausforderungen stellt. Als Topscorer bei Phoenix Hagen liegt der Erfolg des nahenden Endspiels in seiner Hand. Er hat das Zeug zum Profi-Basketballer und sein zwölf Jahre älterer Bruder Georg kann sich für Vinz' Leben nichts Besseres vorstellen. Seine eigene Basketballkarriere scheiterte schließlich vor zehn Jahren nach dem tragischen Tod der Eltern an den privaten Belastungen. Jetzt soll Vinz nachholen, was Georg damals verwehrt blieb. Aber will Vinz das überhaupt? Schon seit Monaten bewirbt er sich heimlich um ein Stipendium in den USA, obwohl ihm die Vorstellung, seine beiden alten Freunde Samy und Ali zurückzulassen, schwer fällt. Als Vinz sich in Kathi verliebt, ist er sich seiner eigenen Pläne erst recht nicht mehr sicher. Beim finalen Spiel um den Aufstieg in die 1. Bundesliga entscheidet sich nicht nur die Zukunft von Phoenix Hagen.
