MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

Based on the PlayStation 2 game " Hametsu not Mars -Mars of Destruction" by Idea Factory. In 2016 it was unmanned probe sent from Earth to investigate Mars, explodes in the Earth's atmosphere and the fragments containing DNA samples of what are believed to be potential residents of Mars, fall on Japan. This causes mutations throughout Japan. Persons infected with this " virus" called Iseki -jin. AAST is founded, with the cooperation of Hiroshi Hyuga, Doctor in structure, developed a suit, "Mars", which was his trump card against people relic. One to put on the suit got super powers, however only a few, those who had a consistent DNA could wear the suit. Tairu, the son of the doctor is the first person able to wear it. When the fragment that fell to Earth is being transported to a U.S. laboratory for analysis, transportation is attacked by people relic Tairu now have to fight and defend in order to find the final solution to the accident.
