MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Set in the batey, the piece of film reflects the life of the cane cutters and conditions also have to endure. Most of them are foreigners coming from Haiti who have fled poverty and violence of their country in search of a new life. This, however, proved to be a modern form of slavery. Jean - Baptiste and Magdaleine are married and work in one of these plantations. After your baby die of starvation, they begin to think seriously about returning to home, even if their families were killed by the army.
