MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1950 film?

Bart Tare, a veteran of World War II, is a man emotionally unbalanced since childhood obsessed with weapons. When he meets Annie, a woman fatal, is carried away to the planet of the crime. United by their love of guns, the couple's relationship ends, including robbery and assault, in a whirlwind of passions and dangerous situations.
