MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

The Edgar gunman is hired to assassinate Industrial Falcon, who wants to be governor to create a foundry with which he has dreamed twenties. Edgar helps a woman to which your car breaks down and the city requested an interview with international photographer pretending Falcon. The politician mentions it in his home and his wife happens to be Eva, which helped on the road. While preparing the attack Edgar seduces her and asks him to run away with him. Eva's stepdaughter, who always argues with her, discovers their affair and two policemen prevent possible attack because others like Falcon have been killed in many countries. One officer is the only witness to a crime of Edgar, who disguises himself as a woman to kill but a secretariat Falcon and he sees the killer. After the witness also recognizes and died for him. Eva Falcon runs when the stepdaughter the complaint and does not let you approach rallies, but she finds out Edgar's intentions and kill him to prevent deleting a Falcon.
