MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1918 film?

Hilarious short of Roscoe 'Fatty ' Arbuckle, which begins with laughter in the rain, a real downpour with wind that does not prevent Fatty strive to light a cigarette for the rotund character segescapar entering a clinic to undergo an operation, time it takes to meet a mad admitted to the same hospital, and getting into trouble thousand. Among the highlights gags inspired pillows battle, which you'd think inspired Abel Gance's Napoleon, shot almost ten years later, or transvestite Fatty scenes in lovely nurse who flirts with the doctor who gives life Buster Keaton.
