MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Dexter and Ed are the employees of Good Burger a fast food business. One day a local high Mondo Burger opens opposite the local tiny Good Burger. Ed and Dexter then attempt to salvage their jobs and stop Mondo Burger dominate the market for burgers.
