MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

The life of Ellen and her husband, Brian, suffers a setback when she is diagnosed with terminal cancer. He has only six months to live. The time required to settled life trying to leave her newborn daughter, Emily, and her husband. To carry out its mission Ellen is a great help in Claire, a divorced nurse.
