MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Two friends, Bernice and Fontayne, they grow so close to each other that pass for sisters. However, lost track of each other for twenty years until they are reunited again when Berenice becomes the parole officer of Fontayne, who just got out of jail and tries to fight his addiction to heroin.
