MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu tells the story of two factions, the Galactic Empire and the Alliance of Free Planets. On the other side of the Galactic Empire is Admiral Von Museal Rheinhardt, brother of the Emperor's protected, and on the side of the Alliance is Admiral Yang Wenli. Both have an impressive strategic vision that leads to face again and again in the battles. However, each is disowned by his superiors for different reasons. The Battle of Heroes begins here.
