MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Phil, an advisor to gay couples, and Eric, a lawyer, a gay couple are anxiously awaiting the opportunity to adopt a baby, but meanwhile decide to do a favor to his social worker and care for two very naughty children abandoned "just for one night. " One night turns into many and the couple struggles to keep their home and their relationship intact. When the alcoholic mother of children aaparenta to claim, things get even more complicated.
