MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

Adaptation of the television series of the same name. Mildred decides that she and George will celebrate their wedding anniversary in style in an elegant London hotel - however George is not thrilled by the costs involved. But on arrival, George is mistaken for a ruthless murderer hired by a shady gentleman businessman, who wants her rival eliminated. Mildred, meanwhile, remains in blissful ignorance throughout the resulting chaos.
