MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Long ago in the far Tenjikukoku speaks a planet called Paradise where humans and monsters coexist peacefully. But one of the monsters began to attack humans. A monk named Sanzo, sent by the heavenly forces, is responsible for meeting with his old comrades Son Goku, Sha Gojyo and Cho Hakkai to thereby prevent even the god of monsters, and then wake Gyumao terror to forever. During the trip to the West, Sanzo and his friends save a girl named Houran who was being attacked by a powerful monster bird. This in thanks invited to the mansion where she works, there our friends will find a new enemy. Go Gougan, the head of Houran, a master of black magic.
