MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

It is the year 1923, in Munich. It has been two years since the final episode of the series " Fullmetal Alchemist", two years since Edward sacrificed to resurrect his brother Alphonse and reach our world. Until then, Edo has been trying to return to his world, learning about rockets and space travel, hoping they can return. Meanwhile, Al travels the world looking for a way to get his brother. What they do not know is that a hidden organization prepares a plan that could jeopardize both worlds.
