MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

During the military dictatorship, Mary lives in Buenos Aires with his mother in a decaying home. They have rented a few rooms, and one of them lives Felix, a shy, in love with Mary, who apparently works watchman in a garage. Mary taught to read and write in a poor neighborhood, and also belongs to a society struggling against the military dictatorship. One morning, plainclothes soldiers stop her and take her to Garage Olimpo, one of the places where activists are tortured by the indifference or general ignorance. The center manager chooses one of his best men for questioning.
