MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

First animated film based on the popular TV series 80. G.I. command Joe faces a new evil enemy, an ancient organization called Cobra -La. This society of people trying to catch snakes Earth, controlled by those who sent them to live underground. The leader of Cobra -La, Golobulus, orders Cobra Commander and his men steal a new energy transmitter GI command Joe has designed. The plans of Cobra -La are inventing a new society with new organic forms GI Joe will have to work hard to stop this sinister plot that would destroy society. This movie is part of the G.I. Joe saga (1987, 2004, 2009, 2013).
