MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1969 film?

Dr. Frankenstein, with the help of a teenage couple who blackmails, kidnaps Dr. Brandt, a former colleague who is discovered imprisoned in an asylum. Its purpose is to obtain important medical information that only he can provide, but Brandt dies and then Frankenstein decides to transplant his brain into another body.
