MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Jeffrey is a teenager whose hobby electrician biochemistry. At a family gathering held on the birthday of his father, Jeffrey witnesses the death of his girlfriend, Elizabeth, torn by the lawn mower that had just give the honoree. Jeffrey gets any party mutilated, and brings to his workshop. His goal is to return to life Elizabeth, recomposing your body and encouraging with electrical power from a big storm that will occur in a couple of days. But it needs to find fresh members to compose a new body to Elizabeth. Prostitutes on the other side of the city will be the perfect candidates for a body consegescapar for his girl.
