MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1969 film?

Two German spies and a lady doctor come to Scotland on a submarine at nightfall. Your mission is to assassinate the British Field Marshal Lord Kitchener. The companions of women are captured, but she escapes with the data of the ship where the Marshall. He embarks on a submarine where the German sailors ship Kitchner bombarded with a series of strategically placed land mines.
