MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Diane McGowin, a woman of forty, as he prepares to leave office suffers a sudden memory lapse. Do not know where it is and forgets everything. With some dificualtad, makes it to his home where his family awaits to celebrate the birthday of her husband. During the party faints. When going to the doctor is diagnosed with early Alzheimer's. After suffering a deep depression and hide their illness to their own, react, and contact with other patients in their situation facing down the disease.
